俞文心,博士,教授,博士研究生导师,九三学社社员,西南科技大学科技处副处长,九三学社四川省青工委副主任,九三学社绵阳市西科大基层委副主委,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川省海外高层次留学人才,四川省科协“海智计划”特聘专家,中国计算机学会杰出会员、多媒体技术专委会执行委员、集成电路专委会委员,四川省教科文卫工会高校系统省级劳模创新工作室负责人,涪江实验室核医学人工智能研究中心主任,绵阳市涪城区人大代表。自2002年保送进入上海交通大学电子信息工程系,一直从事视频和图像处理方面的学习与研究。2008年至2015年于日本早稻田大学信息生产系统研究院LSI系统专业攻读硕士学位,博士学位以及作为博士后研究员期间,师从IEEE life fellow后藤敏(Goto Satoshi)教授,一直对人工智能和电子设计自动化等前沿方向进行探索性研究。主要涉及的研究领域包括:工业软件(数字芯片布局布线EDA软件算法优化)、神经网络、图像增强修复、3D多视点图像的合成填补技术、立体匹配技术、低电力消耗视频解码算法。近年,在国外期刊和国际会议上公开发表高水平学术论文100余篇,先后承担和参与各类科研项目30余项,其中参与和完成海外国家级项目5项(日本教育部,日本科学技术振兴机构),项目总资金超过7亿日元,国内国家级项目3项,省部级项目近20项,地市级重点项目1项,横向项目多项,项目立项总经费超过4000万元。参与制订人工智能相关领域国家标准5项,申请发明专利30余项,软件著作权30余项。
